Forking Coffee Return Policy
At Forking Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- For merchandise (like mugs, hats, t-shirts), items must be in new condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags or perishable goods.
- Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
